Change is the transformation from a previous state to a later state that follows it. Everything that exists passes through time in a succession of changes that are more or less similar but never absolutely identical. There are changes that occur quickly, like a sledgehammer that modifies our existence suddenly, while there are other very slow changes that silently sculpt us over the passing of the years.
One morning I woke up and nothing was the same. We live in constant change, changes that affect and stimulate us, to which we respond with action. Passivity, flight or confrontation may be some of the ways to respond and we are not always aware of our actions.
Life goes on at its own pace and sometimes, daily life or routine numb our senses, but in contrast, there are sometimes moments of lucidity. We are immersed in a world and a society that is constantly generating changes. Every thought, every word and every action has an impact on us, either directly or indirectly, and it produces changes within us. As individuals, the observation of this reality coerces us into action and develops an attitude within us of wanting to find answers.
